User Tasks Named with Variables Do Not Show Correctly in Monitor

We have the following User Task that has a variable in its name:

When an instance goes through and we look in the Monitor at it, it does not include the Variable value:

Using Forms 10.3.1.635.

I'm on the same version of Forms and it is working in my processes. What value do you see in the variables section of the instance monitoring? What type of variable is it?

I am using a Single Line field.

I just tested again with a Single Line and it is still working for me. What value do you see for the variable when you check the variable in the instance monitoring?
