Forms [LFF502-UnexpectedError]

asked on March 28, 2019

Hello All

I am workin on a Forms process everything was good until i made some modification to the process. now getting the forms LFF502-UnexpectedError] error when trying to lunch the process.

i tried to undo the modification but it didn't work, i tried to export the process or modify it, didn"t work neither.

You cannot modify global entities through a form. Create a duplicate entity or blah.

i'm not sure but i thing two tabs of the diagram were opened and i accidentally modify them both and save them both, it can be the problem but don't know what to do to fix it.

i also got this error Une erreur est survenue lors de la récupération de votre formulaire. Veuillez réessayer de soumettre votre demande un peu plus tard. [LFF2105-FormLoadingError]

Is that a English translation of the error? "or blah" comes out sounding very strange in English.

Here is my experience, where yes, working in 2 tabs can destroy your process. I believe it is if, and only if, you do not save your changes in sequence.

Example

If you open the process in one view (tab/browser), then open it again in another view and modify/save, so that your original view is out of date, then return to your original view and try to make a change followed by saving over the top of your last save.

In my case the system removed all connecting paths, and some user tasks. About 50% of the process needed to be re-built. You might try removing all paths and conditions, then see if it will save.
