When issuing a Scan Connect license, do we issue the license using the legacy hardware fingerprint or regular hardware fingerprint if the machine is a 64-bit?

CPU architecture does not matter when deciding between new or legacy fingerprint. Use the regular fingerprint.
Miruna, is there any documentation regarding how to license Scan Connect that you are aware of? I could find any on the Laserfiche Support Site and KBs.
Our organization currently has both Laserfiche PLUS and Scan Connect. For Laserfiche PLUS, we are specifically instructed to use the "legacy hardware fingerprint" when issuing a license. However, for Scan Connect, it wasn't specified. We are having issues with a machine using scan connect and are wondering if we are to use a particular fingerprint when issuing the Scan Connect license. Both fingerprints (hardware fingerprint vs. legacy hardware fingerprint) are different from each other.
ScanConnect 8.3 uses the regular hardware fingerprint.
We also have Laserfiche PLUS which requires the use of the legacy hardware fingerprint. I was curious if Scan Connect requires it as well.
