Hello, 

One of my users is using 10.3, and on a 50 character field it displays up and down arrows to the right of it. When enough text is entered, it continues on the next line, but the field and text are cutoff, and the up and down arrows do nothing. The only way to see the entire contents of the field is to stretch the entire metadata pane so that all the text fits on one line. What can I do so that it will not cut off the bottom of the field? And why would the up and down arrows not work?
