A customer has mentioned that they would like this functionality within Forms. The reason being that it would be more efficient if some if not all the data was already there instead of having to submit a new form and filling it out again. 

The use case would be for a contract renewal. For example. if a contract becomes expired, the submitter would like to comb through their completed tasks and resubmit an updated contract. The adjustment being something minor like a date or signature.
