PDF/ Field errors when saved to repository

Hi all,

I am having a strange issue when saving a form into the repository. Some fields that contain data are not showing even though they are not hidden one being a variable, the form is also saving as a 3 page PDF and the 2nd page contains the Forms Title and no other information. (the first page being the action history) and the 3rd Page containing some information but not all of the fields.

However when I check "Save business process data as XML" Save and then unchecked this option and re save. The next 3-4 forms submitted save as PDF's on 2 pages with all the correct information and fields showing.

I have tried to leave save XML checked but this also isnt working.

Anyone know whats going on?

What behavior are you looking for? You may need to open a support case so we can investigate this situation specifically. Troubleshooting is not as easy through Answers.

I am looking for the form to save as a PDF on two pages with all the information. And it does save like this when i make a change such as tick and unticking the save XLS. However after about 3-4 minutes it reverts back and starts saving on 3 pages with data missing again.

Edit. I have also just submitted 4 forms in rapid succession.

3 Forms saved over 3 pages with fields missing.

1 Form saved correctly over 2 pages with all fields showing. It seems very random

I'd recommend a support case. We may need to update/reinstall the PDF generation library
