Another 9025 error

I already have a repository set up and working on the server. I want to set up a second repository. I am pretty sure I am doing everything the same way, but no matter what I try I get the 9025 - Error reading repository information, or the repository is misconfigured.

What should I be looking for?

Look in the event viewer on the LFS machine, it should contain more detailed information about what went wrong:

Thanks, we put in a ticket and a good LF tech remoted in fixed it quickly. I was not available to see his solution unfortunately.
