no response received from the server. [780] windows Client

Dears,

I've a strange behavior after installing LF windows client 10.2.1 on a user's machine.

User's OS: Windows 10 Pro.

 

I'm getting this message when I click on "Links" tab.

I tried to un-install and re-install again with no luck.

I installed the same version of the client on the LF server machine and it works correctly.

 

Please advise.

Dears,

I upgraded to ver  10.4.2 build 376 , and the issue disappears from links tab.

 

But, the same issue happened with dynamic fields  in both windows client and Webclient.

 

Windows client on laserfiche server is working fine.But in another server , not working.
