List Field in Web Client Search not populating with options

Afternoon Everyone, 

 

I am trying do an advanced search in the web client from a field template.  One of the fields in the template is a list field but when I select the field, the dropdown list of available options isn't showing.  

I can do the same kind of search for a different template and the dropdown list works just fine.  All the rights and attributes are the same.

Hi Drew, 

 

How many values does the list field contain? Is the attribute [Settings]MaxDropDownLength set on either the individual trustee or the everyone group?

Hey Ryan,

 

Thanks for the response.  The plot thickens with this.  If I do another search on a different template, the list field populates as expected, then if I go back to the original template that wasn't working, all the sudden it starts working.  That is until the page is refreshed or closed then it goes back to not populating.
