How do you remove a process from a Forms Report?

I created a report with all of our production processes to get a count and see what our high performers are. But we've had some processes that were removed (being consolidated into other processes, no longer needed, updated...) but I can't see how I can remove this from this report? When I click on Add to see a list of all our processes the ones that have already been selected are greyed out so I can't remove them. Is there a way to remove these?

If a process is deleted you will be prompted to edit them out of your report. However, assuming you wish to keep your old processes around, you will have to create a new report without the undesired processes.
