Trying to "Test drive the app" on the mobile app and getting error

A customer has informed me of a issue they are getting when Trying to "Test drive the app" on the mobile app and getting error "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation" .

I have tried the same on a iPad with the latest app version, using my credential for the Laserfiche site and getting the same error message.

Also getting error " Internal Server Error" when trying to create a temporary account to test drive the app.

Is this "test drive" still available?
