I am in 10.3 and have attempted to run the .msi file to install Record Series Setup Utility. Double clicking on the RecordSeriesSetup83.msi file opens up a quick loading-bar-window, and then the window disappears and the application does not seem to be installed. This is verified by having gone to c:\program files\laserfiche and not having the Record Series Setup 8 directory referenced in the white paper.

Has anyone used the utility in 10.3+ and did you experience a similar issue during installation? TIA!
