Just wanted to make sure that the DocuSign Integration can be installed on a Server 2019 platform. Client is setting up a DMZ so they can get documents back and are thinking Server 2019.

Hey Chris,

I verified that the Laserfiche DocuSign Connect Service 9.0 successfully installs on Windows Server 2019.

The installer prereq check will fail to detect IIS 10 as described in the "IIS 10 Compatibility" section of the following KB article: https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1013672/windows-10-compatibility-information-for-laserfiche-9

Simply follow the instructions in the KB to temporarily change the IIS MajorVersion registry entries from "10" to "8" and the prereq check will pass.

You'll also need to install the IIS 6 Metabase Compatibility feature, though that requirement is not specific to Server 2019.
