cloud workflow process failed to login

I created a workflow process and set the conditions.  The workflow attempts to run but terminates due to a "failed to login" error. I believe I have looked everywhere and cannot find the location to verify the ' connection profile'.  Where would the 'connection profile' settings be or is there something else I should check that could be causing this login error?

This is my first cloud project and I did not perform the initial setup.  With that being said, I was not aware there was an 'Access Rights' setting within the 'Account Administration' section.  The 'ProcessAutomationuser' was set to 'Inherit' instead of 'Allow' rights to the repository.  Once I set this user to 'Allow', the automation worked properly. 

On the other hand I am puzzled as to why when I used a specific user to manually run the workflow process.  It failed.  The user is allowed to do everything.  Including allowed to perform 'Process Automation'.

Workflows run as the ProcessAutomationUser not as the user who triggers them from the Designer by pressing the "play" button.
