Hello,

We have a customer who created a new QF session in Laserfiche. The Session is setup for the Retrieve Items from a Sub-Folder, in the Laserfiche Repository. It looks for documents that have a tag, then generates pages and remove the tag.

The sessions runs just fine.

When we change the Retrieve Item from folder to the Folder above, the sub-folder and run the Session, it does not find any documents with tags in the upper folder, even though we confirmed there are documents with tags.

Not sure what we could be missing.
