Our VAR (Ricoh Canada) never showed us how to create a new record folder in the records section of our repository. They built a workflow where documents in our workspace, when marked as final, will automatically move to the corresponding folder in the records centre for retention, but will create a shortcut back to the original location in the workspace. Now, when I create a new folder in the workspace, of course, there is no corresponding location in the records centre so when I add a document and mark it as final, the document doesn't move and no retention applies.
