Outlook Drag and Drop Error Importing To LF

I have a user recently upgraded to Windows 10 and now they are unable to drag and drop from Outlook into folders on Laserfiche.  They get the following error, I am wondering if this is a Laserfiche or Windows error.

We are also experiencing the same error. Is there a solution to this?

We had a user experience the same issue on Windows 10. We found that uninstalling "Mail and Calendar" resolved this issue.
