Error Code: 6720 Error Message: There was an error exporting the image

My customer has all workstations are getting this error when trying to export any document. I have seen others that discuss removing and reinstalling the desktop client. Has anyone seen this issue and fixed without

having to replace the client?

If you run a repair operation on the Client through 'programs and features', does that make the issue go away?

Yes on one PC. As do the client repair on other PC's the pc is looking for source files and can't be found from the other pc's. But doing a repair did work on the one pc we could get it completed. Any idea of where the pc would look for the source files? Thanks
