Connector issue with Date field

We're using LF Connector to copy fields from an ERP screen into the LF Web client New document screen, accessed via Chrome.  The issue occurs when the document is subsequently created and filed using workflow.  Although the DOB has been successfully pasted into the template field, unless I manually tab through the DOB field on the New document screen, the value will be lost when the document is saved/filed.  All other fields are saved properly.  It's just this one date field that is lost.

Any thoughts?

Hi Matthew,

 

It might be an issue. Please try the workaround.

 

If you can search the created document, recommend to use "Assign templates and fields to documents in the Laserfiche web client" action.

 

If you open the new document in LF web client before run the Connector profile, and know the LF server and repository used in LF web client, it would be better to use "Assign template and fields in the currently open Laserfiche document" action.
