We're trying to create separate documents from one multi-page scan using the web client, by selecting thumbnails and 'splitting' the document.

According to this in the helpfiles that should be possible: https://www.laserfiche.com/support/webhelp/Laserfiche/10/en-us/userguide/Subsystems/client_wa/Content/AddingContent/Creating_a_Document_From_Existing_Pages.htm#SplittingaDocument

However, in our demo environment (10.4) and in our production environment (10.2) this is not an available option in the web client:

We can do this using the desktop client (same repository, same document), just not the web client.

Is there a setting we're missing to enable this in the web client? Or has it somehow been removed?
