Forms Sync-Strange Licensing Issue

Hello, 

 

We have a customer that is experiencing the following at time when their Forms Sync runs:

 

1. It sometimes disables licenses from some participant users

2. Sometimes it removes some participants users

3. Sometimes it changes the username of one specific Named User to his email address

 

I have looked in their Forms Admin Logs but do not see any errors that correlate to a sync issue.

 

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Please open a support case if you are still experiencing this issue. The support team will be able to look at your configuration directly to help troubleshoot the specific problem.
