Create Exchange Item

Hello,
I'm having an issue with setting up the "Create Exchange Item" in WF.

The web service is correctly configured in WF Admin Console.

But still I can access the service in WF.

The WF version is 10.4.0.119.

Please advise if you have the same issue or is there something I might be missing.

Mahesh,

Check the web service type in the configuration. From the screenshot it looks to be set to "Custom" but it should be set to "Exchange" to be used in that activity.
