Laserfiche Robotic Process Automation Preview on Citrix

A client has installed Laserfiche Robotic Process Automation Preview in a Citrix environment.  User Account Control is enabled and prompts for admin credentials when running the application.  End user's don't have the admin credentials.

 

Are there any compatibility issues with Terminal Services / Citrix and the application?

Currently, RPA defaults to running as an administrator so that it can have the access it needs to your desktop applications. I'll submit a feature request for the ability to turn administrator mode for RPA on/off, which is not something we currently support. 

 

If possible, I would recommend in this case either turning down UAC to a lower level or putting RPA on an environment where UAC isn't required.
