Hi everyone

We have a series of documents that have a digital signature, however it happens in web access that when downloaded from the email option (bottom image) it seems that the image of the file is downloaded and not the electronic file as such.

As you can see the document to be downloaded does not have the electronic signature as it is in the repository.

I suppose that this is because the email button downloads the Laserfiche image, however I need it, download the electronic file.

Is this possible?
I appreciate your comments.
