How to disable page update prompting

asked on February 26, 2019

Is there a way to disable the prompting to save each PAGE of a document, but keep the prompting to save the ENTIRE document when the user exits/closes?  Our users put annotations on several different pages of a document and each time they add an annotation and scroll to the next page, they are asked if they want to save the changes to the page.  They would prefer to add all their page annotations and only be asked if they want to save when they exit/close the document.

Someone asked a similar question at Empower and it looks like this is unavoidable in the desktop client because updates to individual pages are saved separately.

However, in the Web Client, you can change multiple pages without being prompted for each so you could update multiples then just save them all at once.

Thank you!!! One more reason to push our users towards the Web Client! ;)
