Redtail Connection Profile and Workflow in Cloud - Getting the Contact IDs?

I'm playing around with a trial account in Redtail seeing how the workflow in Laserfiche Cloud works with the new connection profile.

 

There is limited information that can be push-pulled but I feel this is an amazing start and I hope to see this built on so we can push-pull more relevant information when creating contacts and accounts in Redtail.

 

My question comes with the options to Delete or Search with the Run CRM Action.

I need to reference the Contact Id from Redtail in order to complete these actions, but there is no Get Contact Ids list or even Contact Ids within Redtail when searching through profiles manually that I can find anywhere.

Am I missing something when trying to retrieve Contact Ids?

Hi Chase, sorry about the late response. My colleagues forwarded me this post recently. I am glad to hear that you feel this is valuable. If you need an action that could help you to retrieve all the contact ids in Redtail at once, unfortunately, currently we do not have this action. I have heard this feedback from other channels as well. We will investigate this action in the future. For now, a walk-around you could have is to use actions like search contacts by criteria if you know some other information about the contact, and this would give you the contact id, you could then use this contact id to delete the contact.
