How do you change tabs on cell phone when grayed out.

If this is what you're seeing it could be you are in Offline Mode. You need to sign in and go online in order to view repository and live Forms.
Sorry, i do not have a screen shot at this time.
But the user is a Laserfiche Administrator but on his mobile app the My Tasks is grayed out. I am not overly familliar with Mobile LF.
Would this be a permissions issue. Where is this setup for the users and what rights they have. Would it be in Forms Administration or their Mobile Server?

If the user is using the ADMIN account, it does not use a license but has default access to the repository.
In order to gain access to the Forms section, the user needs a Full User License or a Forms Participant License.
If you can afford to offload one license. Have that user assign the ADMIN account a Full license and test again. That should allow him access into Forms.
Or the User can create a person account with full ADMIN permissions across the board and the Full license for that user will allow Forms access.
