Hello,

I think I may be overlooking something simple here. Is there a way to get Records Management to notify via email when vital records reach their review cycle?

For example - Receive an email twice a year that these Records are ready to be reviewed?

Hi Ashleigh,

You can use Records Management Search to return vital records needing review within a designated period. You can then generate a URL to return these search results in the web client, and you could email this URL to the appropriate party. Here's the search:
