quick fields scanning defaults are not staying

When I create a QF session, it has a list token with company names.  If I set the company name, save, and publish, reopen a different session that has same field, that sessions defaults are now set to what changed in the previous session. 
 

Whats going on?

Our office has run into an issue with the session variables (scanning resolution, etc.) going back to the default. Those settings are in a hidden folder that may not have the correct permissions set for you to make changes, C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\Quick Fields. If you cannot see that folder, the settings on your folder may need to be changed so you can at least see the security settings.
