Cloud Web Access - Streaming issue

Hi, we are testing web access on cloud so we uploaded a movie (avi/600Mb) and a mp3 (200Mb). That procedure took 25 minutes for the avi and 11 minutes for the mp3, we are located in Colombia. After the upload procedure ended, we searched for those objects and played them, they started pretty fast but if you need to go to a specific location in the stream that section never plays.
 
Another weird issue that we experimented was that we tryed to dowload those objects, the progress bar appeared and showed the dowload finished message but the file never was downloaded.

It sounds like your internet connection is the limiting factor. I tried uploading to cloud Web Access (I am in Atlanta, not near the AWS data center) and a large video uploads at about 3MB/s. I can stream the video through Web Access fairly well. Try streaming a video through chrome with the F12 dev tools open to the Network tab. Check the throughput for the requests to mediahandler.ashx by getting the Size and dividing by the Time. I get about 2.3-2.5MB/s:
