Laserfiche Mobile App Logout Issues with LFDSSTS

Hello,

 

I have the mobile app running on IOS using SSO for authentication, unfortunately, I am having some issues every time I switch screens from Laserfiche Mobile app to another screen and go back it logs me out and then I have to re-enter my credentials each time.


The mobile app server has no inactivity timers enabled and LFDS is also set to over 20 minutes, so is this a bug if not how can we fix this.

Hi Armando, This is related to a recent iOS update. The OS is terminating processes in the background when the app loses focus, because it thinks it needs to free up RAM. We are working on a patch to help with this and will have more in the coming week or so.

This should be fixed in version 10.4.3 (84375) available in the App Store as of 2/26/2019

Does this fixture require the mobile server to be on 10.4? Because from an app standpoint the issue persists.

I have this problem too, and now I have multiple logins when I try to lauch a business process
