A user at is experiencing issues with drag and drop in an iframe of Web Access. However, we are able to drag and drop to the web access client natively without issue.
When they drag and drop to the Web Access iframe, it opens the PDF file in the browser window and does not import.
The user mentioned this issue started occurring after an Adobe update last week.
This worked just fine before then.
We made sure that Chrome had the Web Access Extension enabled.
We made sure that Chrome was not running as Administrator.
We made sure to enable pop-ups in chrome for this webpage.
We checked the default program for PDF's and it is Adobe Acrobat DC.
Curious if any of you have seen an issue like this before and were able to resolve?
They are running Web Access 9.1.1.546, so upgrading likely would help this issue. But wanted to see if there are any alternatives before doing so.
