Error On Login + Entry not found (but should be)

I've been getting the attached error message when I log in to the Laserfiche app. Sometimes I have to click okay 5, 6 or 12 times. Not sure what's going on here?

I'm having another issue where I get "Entry not found. [9001]" as per below. I've tried logging in as two different users on the iPad and both have this issue. Both users can open the exact same document the same way from their computers on the web client. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I've only ever had true support tickets through our VAR, Ricoh Canada. Not sure how to open a support ticket directly with Laserfiche... ?

Ah, yes. It would need to go through your VAR. Is this happening for other users in your organization as well?

This is happening for other users but I investigated further and we're only getting the "Entry not found. [9001]" message for linked documents (we're using LF for Records Management). Opening non-linked documents doesn't produce the error. Note that "Resolve Shortcuts" is turned on when I check this on my computer.

Still submit a support ticket to my VAR?
