Question

Prevent auto sign-in to the LF Mobile App

asked on February 19, 2019

Hello,

Is there a way to stop the LF mobile app from automatically signing in every time I launch it? The behavior I'm getting is that when I launch the app, it will take me to the sign-in page, and then after about 2 or 3 seconds, it will log in. The username and password fields were pre-filled as well without me telling the app to remember them.

Any help on this would be appreciated!

Hi Karen,

The Disable Remember Me option for Forms is available in our latest 10.4 release of the Laserfiche Mobile Server. If you are on version 10.2.1, that's the reason you do not see this option. Once you updgrade to version 10.4, you will see the option on the Laserfiche Mobile Server Configuration page in the Connection section under Forms Server Settings.

Karen,

There is an option on the Laserfiche Mobile Configuration Page, under the Connection section, called Disable "Remember Me". Select that option for your specified repository and see if that fixes the issue.

Hi Misty,

That works if they are also using the app to connect to their repository. I just got details that they are only using the app to access LF Forms tasks. There is no "Disable Remember Me" checkbox for just the Forms server on the Mobile Configuration page. They are on version 10.2.1 I believe.
