Embedding Forms in version 10.4

Hi All,

We recently upgraded to 10.4 and now any forms embedded in our website using iFrame are showing up blank. If you right click and select This Frame > Show only this frame, then the form displays, but outside of our website. The embed code included in LF forms is incomplete and I'm not personally technically savvy enough to write correct embedding code.

Has anyone else had these type of issues and how were you able to solve this?

Please open a support case. We have a hotfix related to using Forms within an iframe available that sounds like it will address this case.

Hello,

We're having the same issue while using Forms 10.3. Does the hotfix apply to this version as well?

No, the bug was introduced in 10.4. If you have iframe issues in 10.3, the problem you are experiencing is different.

Hi Michael,

We're using 10.4 and the hotfix solved our issue. We didn't have trouble with our embedded forms displaying on 10.3.

We use Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for our website design, if that helps.
