When setting up a Workflow Task in Forms it would be nice if it have a drop-down of Available Workflows instead of making us type in the name.

Forms 10.4.4 (https://support.laserfiche.com/download/4136/laserfiche-forms-10-4-4) supports selecting the exciting workflows from the drop down.

100% agree with this one. I'd also love the option to connect to select different workflow servers.

Thanks for the feature idea. I've included this idea for on-premises customers in our Forms feature ingestion portal for review.

This will be built in to the Process Automation suite once business processes and workflow communication is released.

Actually yes, we are working on adding multiple workflow server support so you can attach many workflow servers to a single Forms server instance. With this, we will include a workflow picker to select a workflow instead of having to type in the name.

Both requests above should be available this summer.
