Hi all, 

 

I've got a client using the Laserfiche app on their iPads (In offline mode). They are intermittently  running into an issue (which I cannot replicate on my iPad or mobile phone) that states 'The requested URL was not found on this server'

 

 

It's difficult to troubleshoot so I'm hesitant to open a support case as I can't replicate the issue on other devices.

 

To give a rough overview of the process

  • Client fills out an initial form offline which works OK. This claims it will submit when a connection is available and then automatically uploads a couple of seconds later.
  • This initial form is used to select different type of contractor trades. When it's submitted a workflow kicks off which invokes other forms to start.
  • These new form processes now show available as tasks that the user will save offline
  • The user selects all tasks and chooses to save copy of task offline.
  • Upon opening these new tasks, they will occasionally get the above URL error. Maybe 1 out of 10 times.

 

Event viewer shows nothing as far as I can see.

The user must use offline mode as the forms are quite large and when the iPads are used in the field, they often drop connection which means the entire form needs to be restarted if they are filling it out online.

 

Just wondering if anyone else has ran into this issue or something similar before?

 

This is running on the latest version of 10.4, however, was an issue we experienced in 10.3 also.

Hi Aaron, Are you on the client's network when trying to replicate the issue?
