Laserfiche.LicenseManager.DatabaseStillMounting Exception in 10.4

I installed Laserfiche 10.4 Rio and setup the Web Client to use SSO. Everything was working at first, but now I am receiving the following error 'Exception of type 'Laserfiche.LicenseManager.DatabaseStillMountingException' was thrown. If I look in SSMS the database shows correctly and I can even query tables without any problems. Any idea why I would be receiving this error?

It turns out that there was some kind of issue with the initial installation of the product. After uninstalling, deleting the Program Files folders for LFDS, and re-installing, it corrected the issue.

This kind of issue is better addressed through support so that they can help track down what might have changed for your specific scenario.

As a first step, I would check that you can access reach SQL database from the LFDS machine.

A quick way to check whether the connection configuration is the issue is to try removing the Directory Server database connection config file stored in ProgramData, then attaching the existing database to recreate the configuration.

If you do this, make sure to use the same site name when reattaching. You can also backup the config file instead of deleting it.
