New user getting Account Locked when attempting to access the repository.
I do not see anywhere in the Admin Console or elsewhere in Laserfiche about the user account being locked.

I thought the same thing and that was where I checked first - the AD account does not show as locked.

Are you using LFDS for licensing? If the account is not enabled you will get that error.

We use AD synchronization. What would cause that switch to get turned to No?
In our case, we have an AD group that is used to grant users full licenses. When the AD account is disabled for a Laserfiche user that is in the Laserfiche AD group, the Enable Account in LFDS is set to No.
