Weblink | Public User Settings

Hello everyone,

 

For the Weblink Settings when you navigate to My Weblink > View Document Options, there are checkboxes within "View Document Options" for opening documents in the LF Weblink Document Viewer for PDF files and other electronic files.

 

Apparently this is not applying to everyone that logs into Weblink via the "Public" user.  Is there a way to ensure this setting is applied to any PC that logs into Weblink with the "Public" user account?

I don't remember what ended up happening, but apparently there is a 300 page limit to the documents viewed in Weblink.  Is the document you are having issues with more than 300 pages?
