Generate a Report of the action of a specific form

Hi, 

I have a process with different forms, I need to draw up in a report who has been the user in charge of completing a specific form, is there an easy way to do this?

 

Example, the following is an image of a generated report:

From the following image, we need that in this report the data of the boxes appear in red:

 

Any suggestions?

Hi David,

Unfortunately it is not currently posssible to create custom reports with completed task information. However, you can view the requested information from the Monitoring page if you flip over to the tasks tab. The columns "Task" and "Assigned to" should provide what you need. You should also be able to view this information from the Operational Report for your process if you configure your filter to be "Tasks"/"Finished".

Thanks for the answer, we find it impractical because we can not parameterize as a report where we can use the variables used in the forms, we also have instances in different Status that we require in the same report. It seems then that we should look for some other way, either by means of data or another ...
