Laserfiche Connector access to the path denied

Hello,

We have a client that has their "C:\Program Files" locked down so that they are unable to update Laserfiche Connector to look at another location for it’s profiles. Would you be aware of a workaround to manually grant their users access to this location?

One way or another you need access to that file.  You would save time and hassle going to the IT administrators directly rather than attempting to circumvent them.

Have you tried installing Connector into a different path?  I'm not sure if Connector allows you to select the installation path or if it affects anything to have it installed elsewhere.
