Record keyboard keystrokes instead of click actions

We have an ERP(Tyler Technologies Eden systems) which has numerous keyboard shortcuts that work in the place of clicking on action buttons. Can we record the keyboard action in place of a click action that isn't currently compatible with the RPA recorder?

Hi Matt, 

 

Thank you for your feedback! That item is on our backlog as something we are considering supporting, but is not supported in the Preview version. In order to make sure I understand the use case clearly, is the matter that they cannot use clicks to perform the same process, or that they would prefer to use keyboard shortcuts when automating the process?

The RPA bot doesn't allow or record the click event on the action buttons for the ERP software we are using (Tyler Technologies Eden). Attached is the screenshot of the issue.

Hi Matt, 
I just noticed that you also filed a report log. I assume that is this use case that goes along with that log?
We'll have the devs look into that log to see what sort of element is being displayed there that we can't grab and see if maybe we can support it.
