How do I unlock a file?

Hello I hope everyone is doing well. I could certainly use some help. Can anyone tell me how I can unlock an employee file is Laserfiche 10.2? Thank you!

Hello Monica,

You can go to your Laserfiche Administation console and release the files from there.

There's an option for "Entry Locks".
