Question

Laserfiche supporting OS

asked on February 5, 2019

I have a customer that is wanted to migrate their LF Forms server under Windows 2019. They will be upgrading to the latest version of Forms, and I believe WebLink and WebAccess as well.

This link shows me for Laserfiche server supported configurations. Does this apply for all Laserfiche components?

10.4 is fully supported on Windows 2019. KB 1013784 and KB 1012418 have been updated.

Older versions of 10 and 9 have not been tested but are expected to work. KB 1013672 would still apply to version 9 products.

We will not test or support version 8 products on Windows 2019 with the exception of Laserfiche Plus.

We haven't finished our testing of Windows 2019, but so far we don't have any outstanding issues specific to it.

The KB article applies to all components unless otherwise indicated.

Hello Miruna,

Will the Supported Configurations KB be updated when test/pass for WS 2019 is completed and if so, any possible ETA??laugh

I have a customer looking to migrate LF in May.

Thanks,

Jeff Curtis

I don't see that KB 1012418 has been updated to reflect support for Server 2019.

The update was wiped out by a later change. frown Should be back now.
