an error occured while starting web scanning. The token xml does not appear to be valid. Parameter name:tokenXml

Hi Team,

 

I am trying to open Scanning through web access link which is 

"lfwa80://scanning/MyServerName/laserfiche/App_Services/ScanningService.asmx?r=VSADS"

But its giving an error "an error occured while starting web scanning. The token xml does not appear to be valid. Parameter name:tokenXml"

 

I am not sure why its giving that error. Could you please help me with that

I have same issue that suddenly happened, I'll try to investigate and update once I find a solution.
