Error Logging In

Hi there,

I tried to start the software but received an error (see attached).

I'm running Windows 2012 x64, 6.2.9200

Any suggestions?

The RPA computer needs Internet access.

Hi Ben,

From our records, it does not appear that you have registered for the RPA Preview. After you sign up with this form, you should receive an authentication code for the Preview. If you do not receive one after filling out the form, please let us know.

Hi Ben, 

Is there any chance you added an extra space to the beginning or end of your authentication code? That can sometimes throw an error.

Hi Cosette,

I deleted and retyped the first and last character, in case there was a hidden non-printing character. I tried pasting to notepad first. And to be to be sure, I also tried tried turning it off and on again.

I was unable to reproduce the error on a similar machine here at Laserfiche. Is there any information in the Event Viewer about the installation? (Windows Logs > Application)

Not a thing was posted to the event log. Will there be someone at the conference I can work with?

You can come by the RPA/Connector info center kiosk for us to take a closer look.
