Looking for some help to troubleshoot.

I have files being imported into the repository using the Import Agent (V10) and then being processes by workflow (V10.2.0.216).  I open the file after it first comes into the repository and if I view the electronic file it shows everything. If I view the image or pages generated with Import Agent, random things are missing.

In the screenshot, it is clear the logo is missing. In addition, one of the dollar amounts is missing, and the lines are missing.

At first I thought it was not pulling over all the layers of the PDF. But I spoke with the person who created the file and I am being told it was a paper document scanning on a Multi-Functional Device.

I have changed the import session to include OCR as well as generate pages but it made no difference. I exported a copy from the repository and reimported it generating pages on import and it made no difference. I exported a copy, used Adobe DC Pro to generate text, reimported into the repository and everything showed up.

Any thoughts on this would be wonderful. Thanks.
