Robotic process automation (RPA) allows organizations to use software "bots" to automatically perform clicks and keystrokes across the screens of applications. Bots work alongside employees to complete manual data entry tasks, allowing employees to focus on more engaging and valuable work.
This is an evolution of Laserfiche Connector capabilities, where the next generation RPA features in Laserfiche will allow organizations to further boost productivity and fill in their automation gaps. These features are currently in development with a target release in the later half of 2019.
