My client is running into this issue:

"We are installing the Laserfiche Sharepoint integration and have encountered an issue with the Post-Installation. On the help file it says once we have installed the Sharepoint integration, to select the “SP2013BrowsePart.BrowsePart.BrowsePart” option. We have installed the Sharepoint integration and cannot find that option in our Web Part Gallery."

Has anyone else run into this issue before? Thanks for any insight!

Hi Ricardo,

In SharePoint, go into your site collection features and makes sure to activate the SP2013BrowsePart feature.

Before checking this though, please first make sure that the Laserfiche Web Part Management Utility has been run and the web parts have been deployed to the SharePoint site.

Then confirm under the site collection features that they are activated.

Finally, you should see them as available web parts to be added to the various pages.
